Terms of sale.

All products are sold for research use only and only to buyers who meet our research-use terms. Those terms form part of these terms of sale.

Prices are in US dollars and are shown in the bag before you pay. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, for errors in pricing or product information, stock problems, or if it does not meet our research-use terms.

Product photos and label mockups are illustrations. The lot paperwork that ships with your order is the record for what you receive.

Payment is taken on our payment provider's secure hosted page. We never see or store your full card number.

Delivery, damaged or incorrect items, and refunds are covered by our shipping & returns policy.

Research materials should only be handled by trained personnel using appropriate laboratory practice. Once an order is delivered, you are responsible for its storage, handling, and use.

We supply each product as described in its lot documentation. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, products are provided as-is, without other warranties, including fitness for any particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for any loss or harm arising from use that breaks our research-use terms.

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
