Shipping & returns.

We ship to addresses in the United States only. We cannot ship internationally.

Shipping is a flat $12.00 per order, shown in the bag before you pay.

Orders are packed and sent once payment is confirmed. You will receive tracking details by email when your order ships. Each vial ships with its lot paperwork.

Email hello@houseofclementine.net within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. If a vial arrives damaged, with a broken seal, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund it.

To protect the integrity of every lot, we cannot accept returns of research materials once they have shipped, except for the damaged, missing, or incorrect items above.

You can cancel for a full refund before your order ships by emailing hello@houseofclementine.net. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take a few business days to show them.
